Default When will i need caster/camber plates?

I searched but i haven't found a real solid answer.
When are the caster camber bolts needed? I wanted to lower about 1.5 all around.

you'd be better off telling us which springs you want to use so that people with those springs can tell you if they needed cc plates.

c/c plates are needed any time you lower a car. It just depends on how often you want to replace your tires. I lowered my 04 1.5 in and my front tires are very worn on the inside of the wheel. So now not only am i looking for c/c plates im looking for tires too.... you mentioned camber caster bolts< may have been a typo but know that they do make the bolts. The bolts go in where the spindal meets the strut and allow for very little adjustment. In my opinion you should stay away from those.

that's not true. you need cc plates if and only if you lower the car past the point where you can achieve proper alignment. That point is kind of a grey area, though. I think 2 (maybe 1.5?) inches is generally the rule of thumb, but I'm not 100% sure. there is a sticky at the top of this section. I know you don't need cc plates with the ford c springs, because I have that setup on my car and did not need cc plates.

Wellthe C springs are the ones i want, but they only lower 1".
How do the C springs look with 18" rims?
My primary reason for lowering is because i don't like the way 18x10s look on stock ride height.

the c springs will eliminate the 4x4 look. to be honest with you, I wouldn't recommend going any lower on a daily driver. I always bottom out on speed bumps if I don't go really slow, and it's annoying. I dunno how people can stand anything lower.
