All I can really say is, if your not gonna go with longtubes, and you gotta take the stock manifolds off anyways, go ahead and get the shorties. Because me, I wouldn't take the stock ones off and replace them with another stock set.

Thats what I'm doing today.. I'm taking it to a real exhaust shop to have them look at it. I had my friends mechanic put them on. Should just done it the right way right off the bat.</P>

i have a set of JBA shorties and IMO they are among the best you can purchase and in the state of CA emissions are a huge issue. dyno required when smog tested for god sakes lol thats not a bad thing though. i have passed emissions with these installed and i must say they sound great with my FM's. and with an H pipe its music to the ears.
