If you click on the pic it gives you a general discription of what comes in the kit. Yes, it comes with a turbo, bov, and wastegate. My buddy purchased this kit a month ago and he loves it. He said there were no modifications that needed to be done to run this kit. My personal opinion, I dont think its a bad deal at all.
