well im actually going to be pulling the spark plug out in 10 minutes so ill let you guys know in an hour or so if it all works!

looks like it probably didn't go too well. do the non-PI heads have the spark plug thread problem that the earlier PI heads do? from the video it looks like either the spark plug worked its way out, or the threads are ****ed.

ok so i took the spark plug out and it was broken... not broken in 2 pieces, but in two pieces just moving around in each other.All of the plastic parts melted but i was able to get it out. brought it back to advance auto parts and got a new one for free because they have a 5 year limited warranty... i hope none of the plastic melted into the engine....

heres some pics.. if you see, the ceramic part was free to roam in and out of the metal part.where a new spark plug sparks, theres like plastic or w.e, and now its totally gone

Sometimes when you tighten the plug, you canmove the rachetand it will break the plug.

it absolutly fixed my problem, but doesnt tell me why or how! i mean i guess i could have broken it, but i changed all 8 plugs in august of 2007 soo i dont know if i broke it a little bit then and it really broke now? bahh well it works now
