on a 03 mach 1 with flow mufflers,catted h pipe, and cai.If so, can somebody point me in the right direction.

With those mods i'd say no, but if you have more planned for your car such as gears then a tuner would be a must. As for which one to get, it all depends on the tuners in your area. Both the Predator and the SCT make quality products.

I agree with 02 Ninja.....if you're getting gears it really is a must have....My Mustang has the predator and the Ranger has the SCT. Both are well worth it.

Can I do it myself or do I need a shop to do it?

you can do it urself to a cetain extent with a hand held tuner or u can have custom tunes loaded onto the tuner by a shop. i would just buy a chil and have it dyno tuned.
