How to fill a T-45??
I just recently put my o/r x-pipe on and to be honest I don't remeber seeing a drain plug on the ole t-45. I was wondering if anyone knows where to find a how-to guide on how to change the tranny fluid. My car has 90k miles on it and I doubt that it has been done before. Also what fluid do we have to use? I think its Mercon V atf but can we run gl4 like redline through it? what about the mobil 1, Hurst or syncromesh fluids, will those work? Thanks!

There should be a drain plug on the bottom. Filling it can be a pain, I think you can remove the shifter and fill it there, or you have to fill it from the "fill" hole on the side.
There is a bolt on the side you remove that will tell you when it is full. When it starts to leak out from the hole its full, if you have to fill here the best bet is to make some sort of contraption to attach a hose to the oil bottle and the sqeeze it in there..... likeI said its a pain.
