Just an FYI...... I talked toMMR last week becauseI am looking to do a 4v conversion and couldn't justify getting one of their blocks if I could turbo a 03-04 block and get 600hp+ on stock internals. They said thatI would be fine with the mrr 600 with a 03-04 setup and would definitely see higher numbers with a good turbo setup, tune, and the engine would still bepretty safe.
P.S. there blocks work with 2v, 3v and 4v setups.

i really don't like sitting right next to the limits of what a block can do. i would feel alot better knowing i have room for upgrades.
i didnt really think about the 4v heads. i suppose i could go that route, the problem is finding cheap 4v heads and cams... plus the whole conversion thing.
realisticly speaking i think the 2v heads will work better for my price range. and its always nice to kill a termi with a 2v engine . even if it is built and blown.

sounds good..if your doing f/i then get blower cams but make sure your upgrade springs..you could keep your old motor cuz you never know when you might need a backup or build back up to factory spec like recleaning the block, rods, pistons, make it look all nice and new with new gaskets and seals and sell it and buy something else
