Default lean/ rich?

are there any signs that i can look for if my car is running too rich or too lean... ? i am gonna finish all my bolt ons this week including the MAM and x pipe and stuff so i was wondering if there are any signs i could look for just incase, i dont want my car breaking or anything. thanks

Inhale your exaust fumes, if it makes you really sick [:'(] then your running to rich, if it makes you kinda high then your prolly a lil lean.



Seriously tho, i think really the only way to tell is a smog machine.

If you start running lean you might notice the engine start to ping before TDC on the combustion cycle. If it's running rich you might start noticing dark black smoke from the exhaust.

If you are finished your bolt ons and mods get a dyno tune, if your car pings- you are way too lean and can damage your engine, get a safe tune.

ya i think im gonna just get a dyno tune and put it on my predator and upload it to the cars computer... thanks guys
