i bought the blackout panel for my trunk. What is the best way to remove the FORD and GT emblems for intstall?

 

get some thin fishing line and wrap around fingers like your going to Floss your teeth. get your hands as close to the car as you can and move your hands up and down as you saw the emblem off. Then you need to get a good adhesive remover that wont hurt the paint. Cant remember what I used on my truck.. Betting the glue off is the hardest part, you will rub you fingers down.

 

+1 on the fishing line tip, especially if you don't have a heat gun.

I used waxed dental floss...

 

fishing line worked fine for me then i used a hair dryer to get most of the glue off (i put a new emblem over it). try some windex to get the glue off just make sure to rewax when ur done.

 

I took my gt to the ford dealership and they took the back and two side emblems off for 20 bucks.
