Rear Upper Control Arm Bushing

Rear Upper Control Arm Bushing
So Im doing the suspension on my98GTand im doing the rear control arms. my question is for the bushings on the upper control arm. how does one get the old bushing out of the metal case. Or would be easier just to buy the entire bushing and metal casing as a whole, if so where would i pick that up. Also, do i need to take out my exhaust to access the rear suspension bolts? thanks.
