I planned on getting either a new engine for my 96 gt, becuase twin turbos will tear it up. can anyone tell me a REALLY good engine that is compatible with this model? (any will do so long as its got much power) i'll be doing it after i get back from deployment so $$$ wont really be a problem. i also plan on putting in twin turbos after that thanks for the referance.

u sound like me...D.S.S. motors supermod long blocks r the **** but they are$$$$$. they make just about any config u could ask for: 4.6, 5.0, 5.3, 5.4 modular blocks w/ 2v, 3v, and 4v heads. they can custom cnc mill u a set of heads and pistons for any compression ratio u want. the blocks them selves are heavier constructed than the stock block, w/ completely forged and balanced internals.
