Default Valve Springs!!

Hey whats up everyone
well heres my question...will these valve springs work with my stock retainters and everything or will i need to buy some different ones

http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=CCA-26113-16

and also...these springs are good for cams that have a .550 lift right or does the spring need to be able to hold more than a .550 lift??

or would this set-up be better

Sorry I dont have an answer, but THANK YOU for deciding to replace the valve springs with your stage II or higher cams...

i recall the post the other day about 'doing it even though some people said not to'

The Comp 26113-16 will work with your stock retainers. I also have them on sale this month..less than Summit. Those Comp springs are "rated" at .550" lift, but they are under-rated. They can be used for close to .600" without issue. I use them all the time with my Stage 2 n/a and they are .575" lift.
