Hard time justifying modding

RE: Hard time justifying modding
I know I dont... I still have a mile long list. Cash flow just isn't there right now. I could get a lot more modding done if I wasnt spending 200$ a week in GAS. [&o]

$200/week?! Damn. I spend $25/week. And as far as modding, do what you want. Before the economy was this bad people weren't getting what they put into their cars when it came time to sell it. It's your car, spend what you want to. You can't bring money with you when you die.

With the economy in such a tormoil state as it is I am finding it very hard to justify spending the rediculous amounts on money modding the car. Anyone else having this problem. I know we are supposed to be spending money in order to better the economy which would increase the money in circulation but its just so hard.
Plus going to college in the fall aint helping either....
Help me, I went autocrossing yesterday and now I want coil-overs, new wheels and some LM1's.... :-( I can afford it but I can't bring myself to do it, maybe when the show season rolls around it'll inspire me to....
Sorry guys I had to vent....

Spent over a grand this year alone so far and I am going to upgrade to 4.10's and 31 splines. Over the winter the motor get cams and headers with midpipe.
