Default Head/intake gains

If i replace my intake manifold in my 2000 gt without doing heads/cams will it even benefit at all? if so what type/brand should i get? If not, what head can i get and cams as well. Im just looking for an aggressive street car. Nothing insane.

The aftermarket intake manifold will net you close to nothing in gains. Unless youre running a insane tubro set up. You can take your heads and get them P&P and get some stage 2 cams.

any idea on a price for getting them ported/polished? im not a mechanic, do you think that it is something i can remove/reinstall? or are there special tools needed?
