Default What all do I need for the Swap?

Im going to swap out my T45 Tranny for a TR3650, what all do i need for the swap or is it just a direct swap? I know im going to need a shifter but other than that will I need a newclutch or anything else for the swap?

The clutches are probably both 10 spline, and if you just changed it recently, you should be good to go. Shifter will have to be changed. Everything else should be direct swap.

Hey man I'm doing the exact same swap right now. There are a few differences I've ran into so far:
The shifter bushing from the t-45 shifter doesn't work with the tr3650
The speed sensor is electronic instead of gear-driven
The reverse sensor needs to be taken out of the old trans and put in the new one
MOST IMPORTANT: The crossmember does not bolt up to the tr3650- It needs to be relocated about an inch and a half to work...

I was told by DD Performance that everything would bolt up except for the crossmember and i would need a converter that converts the electric signal out of the TR3650 to mechanical.

I'm not 100% on the reverse sensor, I just swapped them out because I had heard on here somewhere that the old one would have to be used. If you have the shifter pivot bushing from the tr3650 then you shouldn't have any problems. I tried taking the one out of my t-45 and it wouldn't work. As for the crossmember and speed sensor, yes they're definitely different.
Where can you get a converter for the speed sensor?
