Default Trouble with Mac O/R H-Pipe

hey guys, just installed a mac o/r h-pipe last weekend. Pipe didn't quite follow in the same path as stock pipe and now the pipe vibrates against the corner of the transmission crossmember bend under my feet on the drivers side. Just wondering if this is normal. Everything else seemed to line up perfectly and it sounds great.
Thanks for your advice.

It should bolt right up. You sure you got everything tightened up and square?
