Default anyone with a aode/4r70w!!

does anyone know how to bypass the overdrive??? Because if you kick it out of overdrive into drive (pushing the button on the shifter handle, duh) and you go over a certain speed, it will automaticly put you back into overdrive.

Like wise if you are going to fast you can't shift down into drive from OD. I thought my Trans go kit would solve that, but I guess not. I am sure it has somthing to do with the computer or somthn'. I just think it would be badass to be able to wind out drive, considering I have 4.10's!!

At what speed does your auto kick back into od? If I turn mine off I have taken it all the way up to 85mph without it kicking into 4th. If you want I can try and take it to a faster speed and see if mine kicks in. I am also going to have My Trans-go shift kit installed tomarrow, so I can let you know. Pm me if you want me to try and I will give it a go.
