I think weight reduction is what he meant by 1/4 tank of gas.
If you really want a TB/plenum, go with what you can get a deal on. But there are definitely better ways to spend your money.

take it from someone who has already spent the money on "the best"(accufab)
Just go with a PP setup. yes the accufab does look killer, but for the 400 i paid...wasnt worth it. 200 would be a steal tho IMO(i.e the PP)
