will a super charger work fine with shorties?

Yah the S/C will work with shorties, it's not exactly the best set up in my opinion, but it'll work. LT's are usually much less restrictive given the higher volume of exhaust you'll be pushing with the blower, so with shorties, and this is just an edumacated guess, lol, but I would say you'll probably be between 15-25RWHP lower than you would be with long tubes..
