Default RE: Syncros???

its doable, ive known ppl to do it w. t5's... would i do it on my car? na... not worth it

yes you can shift faster, but its not as strong, needs rebuilt a little more often, and id hate to **** something up grinding away on my syncros... have you ever held a syncro... their not big... esp those teeth your grinding away at

what your thinking, with the whole no down shifting thing is getting a trans proshifted... allows you to shift the living **** out of it at high rpms, but downshifting and shifting at lower rpms sucks. but if done right makes for a strong, strip only trans.
