I like you, and you know what you're talking about, and you know more than I do, so I'm not throwing any flags here, but I'll believe it when I see it(or proof), and I'll be impressed as hell.

Suspicions arise when you beat JayC, 01gt4.6 and the Silver Bucket down the 1/8 mile and popping wheelies on a 17in Nitto.

I'd be glad to be proven wrong, and put you on the timeslips thread right above me and mike. It'd give me yet another N/A 2v to stay in the running with. Not trying to start a fight, just wondering.

kinda like the guy i ran into at the ford dealer , i took my 95 cobra in for an oil change and he told me nice gt , i said its a cobra , he laughed and said cobras say cobra on the bumper retard i know i work on them , I laughed and said damn all you need to do to make any gt is put on a cobra bumper ? damn i feel pretty dumb and walked off....lol

haha, this post has strayed way off topic, there are so many dumb people it's easy to say something and never back it up. The guy that said his 01gt is so much faster stock is an idiot. its like the guys that go to the weight room and claim: "I can bench like 310" but funny thing is they never do it. One uppers, just agree with them.

I agree totally. I have much respect for oxford but the numbers don't add up and IMO 108 trap in the 1/4 won't net him a 7.8et in the 1/8 and if the 108 trap is in the 1/8... his car doesn't make the power to do that. I don't know if he did it more than once but above he stated he's didn't have the slip because he was a few thousand miles away from home, I asked about it the other day and he said there was no slip because it was a midnight madness race and a friend told him it went a 7.8. https://mustangforums.com/m_5109733/tm.htm
But like I said, maybe he's referring to 2 different trips to the track. I just honestly don't see it even as possible, no matter how good he drives or how good the DA is, but I may be wrong. Also pulling the tires on a 17" nitto... I don't know if it's impossible, but I've never heard of it happening, especially at his power level.
I rarely call BS (and not saying that I am now) because I hate when people do it to me, but I also come prepared with a video camera and time slips. I think either someone read the ET board wrong or the clocks were off.
