so i just put a new spec stage 2 clutch kit in my 96 gt. and every now and then when i'm on the highway in fifth gear i have to slow to four, when i do this (it was constent but now rare) it would slip out of fourth gear and just hang in between gears... whats the problem? also, there a good amount of vibration but i take it to just be becuase its a stage 2. thanks for the help peoples.

 

did you replace the quadrant with the steeda one?

 

+1 its recomended to use and adjustable cable or firewall adjuster and aftermarket quadrent

 

nope, i dont know if he did or not, i took it to the shope to get it fixed, i broke either the pressure plate or something on the clutch, and just decided to replace the whole assembly, i was hoping the man knew what to do.
