Fox Lakes stage 2 heads are also an excellent choice. They also make the P-51 which is supposed to be the best aftermarket 4.6 intake manifold. Stage 2 assembled with core trade is around $1750. Just my .02.

I contacted VT about their heads a couple months ago...they said Fox Lake does the porting on their heads...I ended up buying heads from Modular Powerhouse...they had better flow numbers
