Default About Crower Cams

Hi there new here! this is a nice place!

well let's ask! what you think about crower cams?
i wanted to buy VT stage I since don´t want to
replace my stock springs but they're back order
until july so i decided to buy these ones

look for 62800-2 thats what im gettin

but since these cams start from idle i'm afraid they'll have a ruff idle
what you think about this?

Your idle won't change much. When they say they start from idle, they mean the powerband is from idle to 5500 rpms. My cams are from 3500-7500 rpms. I think the ones you are looking at is a nice set of stage 1 cams.

what mods dyou have? cause 7500 is way too dangerous for
a GT mine with diablo custom tune can achieve 6500 but never
shift that high

Complete VT longblock with Stage 2 heads (HUGE valves), custom ground VT cams, Fox Lake Racing P51 intake and a long grocery list of other mods. The redline for my motor is 8900rpms.

New motor is going in this week, was shipped from VT, Monday. Naturally Aspirated, HP should be about 350RWHP and looking at mid 11's.

Massive cams, heads and an intake that doesn't start pulling until 3700rpms. I am going to have to get a bigger tach, since the stock one only goes to 8000...LOL
