100 shot of nitrous [sm=nxsmile.gif], that should wake her up.

You'll want to probably: change plugs, oil, air filter, and fuel filter. Unless there's something wrong with it then you should be fine with those things.

Default RE: tune up question?

I recently did a tune up on my 1999 4.6L Stang about 2 months ago. The car had 128,000 some odd miles on it. I changed:

1. Changed the Oil: 5W-20 6qts
2. Changed the Oil Filter:Wix Oil Filter
3. Changed: PCV Valve
4. Changed: Spark Plugs NGK's
5. Changed: Tranny Fluid (Something I thought needed done)
6. Cleaned and Recharged K&N Filter
7. Changed: Fuel Filter

Might want to look at rear end diff fluid? Just throwing that one out there. Possibly a coolant flush also. Otherwise the rest has been covered.

1. Plugs
2. COP's
3. Oil - Filter
4. Air Filter
5. PCV valve
6. Diff Fluid
7. Tranny Fluid
8. Fuel Filter
9. Inspect belts
10. Inspect tierods and steering system.
11. inspect suspension.

That what I was told anyways..... +1 on the PCV I wasn't told about that one.

use MAF cleaner on the mass airflow sensor. The MAF on the 4.6's tend to get dirty easily. I did mine on my '96 with 86k and noticed a gain in throttle response- and MPG.
