Installing gears is not that difficult. I put mine in and have had absolutely no problems, and it was the first time I had ever done it. All you need is some patience a good set of instructions and the right tools. You say you have all the tools, so here is the link to the instructions I used: http://www.superstallions.com/tech/d...ars/gears.html They were a great guide, and worked out perfect for me. It also tells you which tools you are going to need. The MHD method works great, once I had everything set up and the backlass correct, I makred part of the ring with some gear marking compound and rotated it. The pinion hit perfect on every tooth.

As for the bearings, you are going to need to take them to a machine shop so the old ones can be pulled off the stock pinion and the carrier, and the new ones pressed onto the new pinion and stock carrier.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

my car has 72000 miles on it. should i get the package that comes with new.....
[*]Front & Rear Pinion Bearing[*]Pinion Seal[*]Carrier Bearings[*]Carrier Shims[*]Differential Bearings[*]Crush Sleeve[*]Pinion Nut[*]Cover Gasket[*]Ring Gear Bolts[*]Brush[*]Gear Marking Compound[*]Loctite

and its only $75 from american muscle. a mustang guy at a car meet told me to get that pacage because my stuff is worn out. so should i spend that extra 75 or is it a waste of money?? thanks
