To the OP, you don't have coil packs, you have individual coils, or coil on plug (COP) ignition. Look for carbon tracing on the coil boot and on the plug. If you see any black lines on the plug or boot, replace it. If the plugs are replaced, the fuel filter is new, there are no coolant leaks, and you don't have bad gas then I would check your fuel injectors. Try running a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through your fuel rail. If the problem still persists there are other possible causes. It's not a constant miss, right? Does it act up any more or less when it's hot or cold? AC on or off? Or is it all of the time?
