Default Jack Points

I know where you can lift one side of the vehicle, either front or rear, but I was wondering where a safe place would be to jack up the entire front or the entire rear. Also, where would I put the jack stands once it is up? Thanks guys!

You can also go to autohow.tv

Than click on the basics and there is a video of how to put your GT on jack stands.
