13.7 bone stock?thats possible..avery well prepared track,powershifting and a heck of a launch, i can see that possible.Now, the guy above who ran a 13.9 on an automatic an AUTOMATIC!? i'm gonna cry BS! BBBSSS!!! on the 13.9 on a bone stock automatic!! BS! I want time slips!

 

Yea I wouldnt mind to see some slips from that one too. Maybe there was a strong downwind that day lol.....

 

I'm going to avoid the confrontations and say that things can land somewhere right in the middle.

The car with a good launch is a low 13 second to mid 13 second car.

It might take him a few passes to get his 60's into the 2.0 range but it's definately not a high 13 second car. I go 13.8 with a 2.0 (midpipe/catback/4.10's).
His car has probablyh 20-25 hp more than mine.

with my 02 before I put my blower on. with a catback, shortshifter,predator tuner and dr's I was running 13.6's no problem. the drag radials made the big difference. i ran 13.8-13.9's before the dr's. if that helps you any, and I was also very hard on my transmission because I was powershifting which is why i needed to upgrade to a t56

so low-mid 13's with a real good driver and drag radials isn't out of the question at all if you have good weather and altitude etc.

 

i got 14.31 @ 96.71 mph with only magnapacks after cat, k&n ram air, 4.10 frpp gears, and stock diablosport tune. convertible auto

id say the 01 would run 13.2? with what it has on it. if its a stick it all depends on the driver, with an auto its more or less tire spin at the line
