I have a 2000 Stang Gt.

If you can look it up I'd appreciate it! Where do you find this stuff?

Thanks Again!
Tom
Its the same for you as well pin 46 at the pcm and its a light green wire with a violet tracer. And your gonna wire the same way i said above. I get all my info from the dealer website. Well, since your a Ford Tech, and this is my thread, I'll hi-jack this one my self.

Im about to swap my t45 and put in a slightly used 3650, because the T45 is shot (synchros) anyways, I plan on using the 3650 till it wears out, and rebuilding the t45 for a spare. Do you know if the shift fork off the t45 will work with a t3650? I have checked around with different mustang speed shops. 4 said yes, I can use it, and two said no, Just wondering!!

One more quick question, Im in the middle of installing this Switch, but it doesnt seem like I am doing the " counting of the pins" correctly. I have found one Light Green Wire, with a purple tracer, but when I count the Pins it's not adding up.

I attached a photo of my ecm, do you count left to right from one complete side to the other, then drop down to the 2nd row, or do you count up to that screw and drop down, count the left side first then count the right using the Screw as a spacer????

No matter how I count it, the light green wire, w/ purple tracer I cant make it hit #46 pin.

Ok, I got ballsy and went ahead and grounded out that Green/Purple wire, and Viola, the fans kicked on! WHeeeeeew! I was praying I wouldnt hear a sizzle sound, and the ecm start smokin! lol

Job Complete, Now I got to hid the wires, and mount the switch!

Blacky,

You may want to add a caption on the pic you reposted with the correct pin and let everyone know what year that works on, so someone else doesnt try it on a different model, and get the sizzle effect!

I figured out how to count the pins also! lol

If the search feature worked if you looked me up i posted a thread on how to do it with pictures.

idk, if 98 are the same as the 99-04 but if you remove the kick panal on the passenger side there should be a ****load of wires bunched up together you find the purple with yellow or white lines on, i can't really remember and splice into that....thats the A/C high speed fan along with a 180 stat and your car at the track will run at 180 even at 100 degrees and humid if you want pics on how i did it...just ask i should have them for you tomorrow
