Its the same wire and pin location all the way back to 96.

Great minds think a-like! Your pic's are exactly the way I ran mine. I even grounded mine the exact same way, and mounted my toggle in the same location! lol Only difference is I had yellow wire, and used a regular toggle switch.

If you are doing this to try to cool the engine while waiting to race you need to get an acurate temp gauge to do it right. If your coolant temp drops below 185* the computer will switch to warm up mode which means it will dump extra fuel. Extra fuel means less power. If doing this cause your stuck in stop and go traffic alot then thats cool.

I have an aftermarket 180 stat, and some custom tunes on the SCT2, where I have the options to control the temp settings before the fan Low/High come on. Would this still allow the Computer to go into "warm-up" mode and richen the car up?
