Default RE: Timing Chain Cover Seal?

Went to autozone and the part they sent me was 25 dollars.

I told them crankshaft seal and they sent me a seal that is much too large in diameter to be the part that I need.

Just want to check in with some of the guys who helped out before..

Did they send me the wrong piece, or is what I need not called the crankshaft seal?

Again, it is a small gasket that fits inside the round opening of the timing chain cover.

Sounds like they got you the rear main seal......for the back side of the engine/crank. Ask for a front timing cover seal.
