Yeah it will definitely be worth your while. One of the biggest first upgrades you can do is to get new gears, and if you do so, you'll have to recalibrate your speedometer. You can do this with a tuner. If you order from places like americanmuscle then they give you free tunes for life. As you progressively add on upgrades, you can request new tunes. I think that just buying new gears and a tuner to recalibrate your speedo on your stock car, you will also be able to gain like 10-20hp.

400 for a tuner and 300 gears for 20 hp sucks haha i like the stock gears 2500 rpms at 85mph because im about to do alot of highway driving so i need those low rpms

it's 20hp just for a stock car (as the gears don't give you any hp gains), as you progressively add upgrades, the tuner will optimize the performance of your car. It's one of those things where you get once and won't have to buy again. I don't know where your seeing $400 and $300 but on americanmuscle.com you can get a gear/tuner/oil set for about $510.

yeah it was a fantastic upgrade, but you wanna tune it after you have done your mods so if you aren't going to do anything else then yes tune it...
