Your entire drivetrain - motor (obviously), transmission, rear end; suspension; computer; and tires.
And you are going to encounter a bunch of different things along the way that are going to add up.

 

+1 on all of this, plus... wiring harness, probably radiator, K member, tranny cross member, cowl induction hood, basically you'd need a whole new car, would be cheaper and easier in the end and don't ask me how I know.

You need a wiring harness, I think a whole new ecu because I know they changed the system in 2005.

You will need a new transmission. If you are a 5 speed, your t5 will explode, but if your an auto your 4r70w will explode.

You need a new clutch and pressure plate. Because the v6 one would explode if you somehow rigged it to the new transmission.

Also A new rear end will be needed because the 7.5 in the v6 will explode.

And You will need a new fuel pump because the stock one will run lean and your motor will explode.

You will need new exhaust/headers. maybe custom i dont know if anyone make 5.4l headers for mustangs.... Explode


Some other stuff might explode too so be prepaired
