I have a 04 gt with loudmouth 1's, with a accufab 75 mm throttle body and plenem, 3:73 gears and bout to get a mid pipe and headers. My questions is when should I get a programer to get more horsepower?

 

pretty much whenever you feel about it.. i got mine for my gears... programmers dont do much, i didnt feel much from it... i just dont have a rev limiter anymore and my engine runs alittle cooler now from that programmer.

 

get a tuner when you get a new axel ratio or headers.

 

at the tuner store duh. no really check out some of the links on the side of the page or check ebay

i got mine at a local hot rod shop for 340 out the door.

 

Just when ever you feel like it but I would wait until i got the headers then Id get the tuner IMO.
