how about....go to ...WWW.MUSTANGFORUMS.com and click the link that says "tech articles and how to's - updated often. ince you click that, you will see the link for the free gas pedal mod.

ive done it and it actually made it to sensitive.......did it .... drove it.....took snips and cut the bitches off

iv done this mod twice. first time i did it and liked the pedal hight. And there was no difference in WOT. I had a friend floor it with the car off while i checked the TB and it was getting WOT before and after. It broke off and left it for a couple months with out it. But just recently I took it off because of a near accident because my foot hit the gas pedal due to it being the same height as the break. I figured there was a reason for having them different hieghts and that must be it every car other car that i have drove have been different hieghts. just my .02

Thats what I am worrying about. Maybe I'll just cut the slack by 1/2 an inch...

I don't understand how this really helps if the slack comes if you pull the pedal UP, rather than pushing the pedal down.

Unless the true slack is where the cable is around the throttle body?
