ORIGINAL: changolocs85yea the sensors are good because the codes werent kicking up bfore the o/r h pipe. and i put a 1mohm resistor on the gray line and then a 1 m ohm capacitor connecting the gray line to the black line. and the capacitor is closer to the i did it exactly like that palladin.com guy. thnx for the hlep guys
Have you had the DTCs reset with a scan tool? If not they may not (likely will not) go away by just disconnecting the battery for 5-7 minutes. That resets the KAM (Keep Alive Memory where learned values like idle air and fuel trims, etc. are saved), however it does not erase pending or thrown DTCs.It would be best to reset the codes with a scan tool and then next time the SES light comes on immediately read the code to see what triggered it first. EVAP system issues can cause slow response in the O2 sensors, the MIL eliminators can not as they do nothing to alter the frequency of the sensor output. It may also be that the sensors were damaged when the o/r pipe was installed, wouldn't be the first time that has happened. One last thing, if the heaters are not receiving power the sensors will respond very slowly (as in not at all). You may want to double check the wiring just to be sure.In the last, as long as the EVAP problem exists the SES light will be on; it would be helpful to know the exact codes that were thrown. If there is a Harbour Freight store near you that have a pretty decent little scan tool that is usually on sale for $40 or so. You will be able to read the DTCS and reset the SES light with such a tool.
ORIGINAL: changolocs85does anybody have any pictures of them all soldered up but with no tape on it just to make sure i did it right
Like this? (it's from that Paladin guy's site)...

They do not have to be physically tied to the same point, as long as the circuit is correct they could be 10 feet apart on the signal ground wire.
