Default Need an opinion

Right now I got flowmaster 40's custom welded to stock pipes. Should i stick w/ it , or would it be worth it to get slp loudmouth catback on it? would it be that much of an upgrade? i got a 02 GT. id appreciate any thoughts [&:]

might take some drone out of it. maybe a bit louder. but i would stick with what you have now. if it isnt broke, dont fix it.

I would just stick with it. Unless you dont like the sound and want something different. You can use that money somewhere else performance wise. Gears if you havent already. Or you could get and off-road pipe if you dont have that as well.

Flowmasters, or any performance muffler, welded into the stock pipes is a "way it sounds" upgrade only.[/align][/align]Get a catted (or off-road if that's what you want, other than cost there's no difference) 2-1/2" X or H-pipe, and somebody's 2-1/2" catback. That will add a few ponies at the top end (5k rpm and up).[/align]
