Ok I can help you with the TB and Plenum. The only thing you r going to need is aTPS. They say to take it of the Stock TB but is really hard plus there is a good chance It'll breake. So what I did I bougth a brand new TPS @ advance auto parts and put it on the TB. Importand Don't mess with the screws ok.
Won't need a new belt. The EGR is the biggest pain the da butt on the plenum change. The thermostat is on the other end of your upper radiator hose, 2 bolts, take old one out, put new one in, replace bolts.
I can help you with the grille delete and chin spoiler they are faily easy, i took the chin spoiler and but it where i wanted it taped it reeally good with masking tape, then under it i got stainless stell washer and small bolts and lugs. once it was lined up i drill all the holes to hold it in and slowly put the bolts on and tightened them up they looked great after that. The grille delete is harder than that i first took of the plastic screws on the grille and some didn't come out they just spun, a little tip is take like a drywall screw and screw it in the top and just pull it out then pop out the plastic clip the top of the grille should just come right out, then get the 4 10mm bolts on the bottom of the grille these are harder to get your hand under and get them because of tight spaces. then put the delete panel on and pony with the suplied bolt for the pony and the plastic screws that you took out for the two side ones that is practically all you half to do fairly easy in my book but it takes time and gets on your nerves
