Default clutch ?

what is the normal issue to make a new clutch slip.....it only happens when im "trying" to shift at high rpms mostly 1st to second( not even spinning) and you can tell that it drops off because of slippage and sometimes i can even get a squeel out of it...... its a spec stage 1 with about 5000 on it

Could just be a bum clutch, this is my second spec clutch has 9k miles and its already un-drivable due to slipping in 3rd 4th and 5th gear, some people seem to be fine with em but they seem to crap out on alot of people as well. (and it wasnt a bad install, the first time i did it and it was right, and the 2nd time i took it to one of the best stang shops in PA and now its shot again)

PS if you're having a problem shifting into a gear at high RPMS that is probably a bad syncro not the clutch, the best way to test ur clutch is to cruise at around 40mph in 5th gear and floor it, if the rpms shoot up and u smell clutch but the car doesn't accelerate then the clutch is on the way out.
