Default tuning

next thing i am looking to do is get some serious tuning hooked up. My car was tuned with one of those handhelds by the previous owner of the car, but what i want to do is have the tune wiped and get a serious tuning system. im talkin about laptop riding shotgun type of tuning and some serious software. Does anyone know if they make that type of stuff for a 99 cobra and where i can find it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
