You are going to raise hell with that quesion.
But I am gonna say what everyone else will say just more condensed.
The Vortech will probablly make a little bit more power up top and Kenne Bell will make more torque. (instant boost is good)

The KB will give u boost throuout the entire RPM band, since its a positive displacment supercharger (as soon as you stomp on it it will give u boost). The Centri Vortech will give you more power than the KB up top in the RPM range than the KB but has to build its way up there (kinda like a turbo).
At low RPMs, the KB produces more boost, at high RPMs the Vortech produces more.

Vortech is better for the track because you can dd it like a normal car then when your at the track you can go and rev it up high and get into boost.
For a street machine the kenne bell is more IMO is more fun. Also positive displacement superchargers do better on road courses, because you can use your tq without downshifting, that is if you can keep them cool.
