No its the same kit with a Lysholm blower. Again nothing wrong with the supercharger just thee rest of the kit. The 05+ kit as I stated is very nice.

I made 393rwhp with an Allen engine supercharger 9psi kit that used a m90.

everything depends on what type of settings that dyno was on, and was the car tuned properly? I have always heard good things about the Saleen S/C, But I would say Pro Charger makes a nice setup so does Kenne Bell!

This kit uses a Series 5 Magnuson/Eaton M112. 3 lobe rotors/60 degree helix design. At 7.5 pounds on a stock GT they are seeing 375-380 rwhp. At 9-9.5 pounds 390-405 rwhp.

These guys did a comparison test of a "twin screw" vs the new Gen 5 M112 "roots":

If you look at the image galleries, look at the blower inlet plenum. One is kinda flat and pushed into the firewall, the other, because the blower is a little bit shorter, has this huge intake plenum. More air in...well you know what happens.

As others have mentioned, the Saleen Series V is a solid set-up (2.3L Whipple), but Saleen never offered it as an aftermarket piece/set-up. The folks at Saleen were saying they were going to last year, but I haven't heard anything lately. The 1.6L Series IV is a little undersized for aftermarket options out there for 99 - 04.
