yes its always a good thing to get a used car looked at buy a ASE certified tech. look at it as cheap insurance

bring someone who has a clue, get it checked out, if all goes well, buy it...98 cobra + bolt ons + full exaust + 4.30/4.56 gears = sick f***in car

depends on what you want out of it, a kb is more low-mid- range rpm and the procharger is more mid-high range rpm, if it has 4.10 gears Kenne Bell is a no no, go centrifugal

and last i checked no one uses KBB anymore im pretty sure people are going by nadaguide.com now.
