Tuning Question and MAF size

Tuning Question and MAF size
Well my tuner wants to know the size of my MAF and i haven't been able to find anything with and exact mm size, including calling ford. Is this something that tuners need exacts on? I mean it is just the stock one. I don't know what to tell him.
