I had a custom "Tune" installed on my car while it was on the Dyno yesterday. 273.01 rwhp @ 5000 rpm, 312 ft lbs @ 4200 rpm's. That was a 17.4 hp increase over what I dyno'd after the bolt on mods in my signature. 17.4 hp is that possible?

271rwhp is a little high for your mods, however the answer to your question is yes, a tune can definately give a substantial increase in power.

These engines can greatly improve low end power with the addition of timing in the 2500rpm and below area, as well as leaning out the upper end to ~12.8-13:1
