superchip
yea i've been looking at gettin a superchip for my 2002 mustang gt an di was wondering after you upload it to ur ecu, if ur able to use it on antoher mustang gt ? i was also wondering if it is worth the money and actually adds the power that it claims? both Gt's are stock
You can only load a performance tune in one car at a time. You can use it on another vehicle after restoring the stock tune to yours. They are a good investment in my opinion, not only for the performance tuning capabilities but also for speedo correction following gear/tire changes, changing the dcefault traction control setting, raising auto transmission shift points, etc., as well as being usable as a DTC reader. The advertised horsepower numbers realized from the off-the-shelf tunes preloaded in the devices are probably inflated, but some tuners offer custom tuning capabilities to at least maximize the horsepower your vehicle can deliver.
