Is there a reason why a new throwout bearing with less than 500 miles on it would break into three to four pieces? I thought it was a problem with my clutch. My tranny would not go into gear all the time. When it would go into gear it would make a lot of chatter noise when I would hold in the clutch. Then when driving it would make more chatter noise throughout lower RPMs. I am pulling the tranny to inspect clutch and components tommorrow. Anyone had a similar issue like this?
