Default Blown head gasket?

So I changed my oil today and the oil was clean and didn't smell like antifreeze or anything but when I went to add the new oil the cap was coated in a tan creamy substance..not white..tan. Its a 2002 gt with 44k miles. Do you guys think its a head gasket or what?

I've heard that can happen if you didn't drive the car in a while or take short drives. Is this the case?

is the car overheating? its probably just moisture, try changing the oil/filter at 500-1000 miles 2 more times or so and it should flush everything out

this happens to me in Colorado when temps get below 35F or so, its an uncommon issue caused by short drives in the cold and moisture in the crank case.
