try and find out what springs you have just take off a wheel and look. if they're cut, to much you might wanna get new springs and what tire size do you have on the 18's

A taller tire would help a lot. The stock 245/45-17 has a 12.84 inch radius. I'm assuming that you have 18x9 wheels. A lot of people replace the stock wheels with a 265/35-18 tire which has a 12.65 inch radius because it will not change your speedometer very much.. If you replaced the tires with a 275/45-18 has a 13.87 radius. This tire will raise your car about an inch or more but you will have to re-calibrate your speedometer.

It will also give you a higher effective gear ratio by about 8% (749.8 revolutions per mile instead of 809.9).

You can use the tire calculator to check other tire sizes.

I'd get a good set of lowering springs that are more conservative. I definately wouldn't put stock springs back in because that height doesn't look good. Having those tires would definately hurt ride quality too like eagle2000gt said above.
